Well, I’m back! I guess you missed this. So, here are the crazy little things that I love this week:
I must say that I was very happy when I discovered this exquisite collection of Chanel perfumes in Baneasa Shopping City shop. Because Les Exclusifs de Chanel are 16 exceptional fragrances, composed in the past by Ernest Beaux, perfumer to Mademoiselle Chanel; and composed in the present by Olivier Polge, House of Chanel master perfumer. Each work draws its inspiration from the life of Gabrielle Chanel: poetic testimonies to legendary places, materials she loved, and the symbols that always followed. An essay in the perfumer’s art; a timeless statement of style. It’s like reading Gabrielle Chanel’s diary, and I love every chapter of his life, so well represented in this amazing collection of perfumes. My favorite ones are: Boy Chanel, Jersey, Bois des Iles and Cuir de Russie.
From the house of Xerjoff comes a rare and unique scent based on a never before released blend from the ancient perfume house of Casamorati, 1888, a rare and ethereal blend that transports the wearer to a bygone era of elegance and grace. Coriander, cloves, green pepper and Iranian saffron are gently married with a masterful blend of Bulgarian rose from Grasse, Moroccan neroli and Indonesian ylang ylang. Gata, am revenit! Stiu ca abia ati asteptat sa vedeti ce lucruri m-au cucerit in ultimul timp. De fapt, azi e mai mult despre parfumuri. Insa nu orice parfumuri, ci despre unele senzationale.
Trebuie sa recunosc ca am fost super incantat cand am descoperit ca Les Exclusifs de Chanel, colectia de parfumuri de nisa a celebrei case de moda frantuzesti se gaseste in Romania. Mai precis, in boutique-ul Chanel Espace Beaute din Baneasa Shopping City. Este vorba de 16 esente, ce au fost initial create de Ernest Beaux, parfumierul lui Mademoiselle Chanel, si care acum sunt adaptate de catre Olivier Polge, maestrul parfumier al casei Chanel. Fiecare dintre cele 16 parfumuri reprezinta un capitol important din viata Gabriellei Chanel, marturii poetice ale locurilor, materialelor si simbolurilor de care era indragostita. Preferatele mele din aceasta colectie sunt: Boy Chanel, Jersey, Bois des Iles si Cuir de Russie.
Este un parfum legendar pe care cei de la Xerjoff l-au readus la viata, fiind o creatie senzationala a celor de la Casamorati, intitulat 1.888. Are o componenta plina de ingrediente pretioase si surprinzatoare: sofran iranian, coriandru, piper verde, Ylang Ylang din Indonezia, esenta de trandafiri din Bulgaria, neroli marocan, santal, patchouli si ambra. E un parfum puternic, accesoriul de seara perfect pentru un gentlaman. Il gasiti in parfumeriile Elysee.
Daca te simti ca un razboinic modern, asta e parfumul de care ai nevoie. Eu m-am indragostit de notele lui condimentate de mosc, patchouli si lemn. Lansat in 1976, parfumul spune povestea razboinicilor otomani, a caror spada era chiar acest iatagan ce a inspirat numele creatiei casei Caron. Daca va tenteaza si pe voi un astfel de parfum, si va ganditi ca e momentul sa schimbati ceva in viata voastra, incepeti cu Yatagan. Sa stiti ca il gasiti in parfumeriile Beautik.
Si acum, pentru ca se apropie sezonul sarbatorilor, adica al cadourilor (ce muuult imi place, abia astept!), m-am gandit sa va dau si niste idei de surprize de pus sub brad, perna, etc. pentru femeile din viata voastra.
Am inceput cu parfumul senzational al casei Givenchy, Dhalia Divin, care are deja mai multe variante, insa toate vorbesc despre o femeie foarte eleganta, ce te cucereste imediat. Are note floral-fructate, de iasomie, santal, corcoduse si patchouli. Este seducator, creeaza dependenta si il gasiti la . Sephora
Se pare ca azi am reusit sa fac o selectie inspirata de orient, pentru ca da, si acest parfum al casei Rance este ca o poveste din „1001 de Nopti”. Bine, daca ati mai urmarit rubrica asta, ati vazut ca sunt cucerit de toate aromele orientale, pentru ca eu sunt sigur ca intr-o viata anterioara am calatorit mult pe spatele unor camile, in cautarea unor bogatii nemaivazute. Asa ca visul meu este sa ma intorc in Sahara, in oaza aia unde am mancat cele mai bune curmale din lume, intr-o zi de ianuarie. Cand nisipul era atat de incins in departare, incat parea ca se topise si devenise lichid. Despre o noapte petrecuta intr-o astfel de oaza vorbeste si parfumul casei Rance, o noapte petrecuta alaturi de ea. Flori de portocal, iasomie si esenta de trandafir bulgaresc, toate se reunesc in acest parfum de poveste, pe care il gasiti la Beautik.
