HellO, WOrld!
I’m so excited! It’s the first time when I write about a new COS Collection thinking that I can really buy it from a store right here, in Bucharest. Of course, they opened the fabulous shop on Calea Victoriei few months ago, but it was in mid season, so I already saw the Summer collection in other countries, during my holidays. But now, I will first get in contact with the Autumn/Winter Collection here, in Bucharest. And I can tell that I’m already in love with few of the outfits from COS AW16 collection. You can find them bellow.
Everything minimal. (asa se zice?) Anyway, this season, the brand’s clean approach to menswear is paired with a color palette that is inspired by the work of painter Lynette Yiadom Boakye (I’ve never heard about her, so I Google it, and LOOK what I’ve found). Navy, burgundy and forest green are juxtaposed with neutrals for a sharp element of contrast. Looks great, believe me! And I can’t wait to show you my pictures taken be Serban at Lacul Morii with my favorite outfit from this collection. Pentru realizarea carora e am trecut printr-un mini sat de romi. Sau tigani, ca mie imi plac mai mult asa, gipsy. Dar va povestesc mai multe cand public pozele. Saptamana viitoare, ca sa stiti.
Till then, you can find bellow my peaks from the AW16 lookbook.
As you can see, COS explores modular styles with performance gear serving as muse for fashions finished with straps, zips and eyelets. Slim tailoring includes cropped pleated trousers and jackets that embrace a cocoon wrap silhouette. Made from textured wool, the collection’s jackets and coats are paired with fitted turtlenecks and simple pullovers. The range is completed with padded fingerless gloves and for footwear–brown oxford shoes and raw-edge leather sneakers. And the best news is that you can already find some items from the AW16 Collection in the COS Shop, on Calea Victoriei! Enjoy shopping!
LOve,
O.
