„We’re here to connect. Love, time, death. Now these three things connect every single human being on Earth. We long for love, we wish we had more time and we fear death.” (Collateral Beauty)

How’s your life?
„How is my life?”, I questioned myself yesterday evening after I saw a very emotional movie called „Collateral Beauty”. I won’t tell you too much about the script, but I must take my bow for the amazing cast of this movie, starting with Will Smith, who plays the main character in „Collateral Beauty”. You can also admire Kate Winslet, Helen Mirren, Keira Knightley, Edward Norton and Michael Pena.
The story is about how you deal with your life, with love, time and death. And sorrow. How can you move on after a tragedy? How can you live when you don’t want to live anymore, cause you have any motivation to do it. You just keep living.
Of course, we don’t need a tragedy in our lives, to think at the deepest resorts of what keeps us alive. There are so many other moments when you feel that nothing good, or beautiful or wonderful could happend to you. When you are just to exhausted to see the beauty that surrounds you. When you feel that „Follow Your Dream” sentence is just a platitude for the fools. When you don’t have the courage to get off your bed to start a new day, because what’s the point? Yes, It happened to me many times in the past. And probably I was very close to send some letters to Love, Time, and Death, as Howard did in the movie (or at least some messages on Whatsapp). To tell them how cruel they are. Because it is so familiar to keep an eye on the collateral damage of anything we do. We don’t tend to look for beauty. That’s why the term „collateral” is often followed by the term „damage”.
„You’ve been given a gift, this profound connection to everything. Just look for it, and I promise you it’s there, the collateral beauty.”
So, can you see it? Can you find the collateral beauty?

Cum e viata ta?
„Cum e viata mea?”, m-am intrebat ieri seara, dupa ce am vazut splendidul si emotionantul film „Collateral Beauty – A doua sansa”. Nu o sa va spun foarte multe despre scenariul si actiunea filmului, insa trebuie neaparat sa ma inclin in fata actorilor senzationali ce joaca in „Collateral Beauty”, in frunte cu Will Smith, care interpreteaza personajul principal.
A doua sansa e acolo.”
